Good
Conveniently located, close to transport and shops
Liked: Very convenient location. Just a 5 minute walk to M&S Food and 10 minutes to lots of other shops/ bars and restaurants. Also on a good bus route to Cribbs Causeway and into Bristol and also a train station close by. Clifton Village is also an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The house itself is well laid out, and the fridge/ oven etc all worked fine. There’s a private parking space too. The entrance process is very easy, and great communication from the property.
Disliked: The property maintenance could be better. For example the hot tap in the bathroom just spins around when you try to turn it off/ on. And a little bit of weeding/ maintenance in the courtyard would have made it pleasant to sit out there, Especially in the heatwave. Also, the heating came on the morning of day 5 of our 7 day stay. It was summer, middle of a heatwave and the heating was set to 22. The property was quick to respond on how to turn it down so every morning we had to turn it right down so it wasn’t hotter inside than it was outside.
Liked: We stayed here for 4 nights and, overall, had a good and comfortable stay. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of eateries and the University of Bristol for our son's graduation. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all seven of us, making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.
Disliked: The only minor issue was that the basement bedroom had a slight musty smell, which we believe was due to the lack of sunlight and ventilation in the room. However, overall, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed our time at the property.
Nice quiet flat in a great area!
Liked: Great location for the university which was what we were visiting. Door lock was super easy and the parking situation was great.
Disliked: We noticed a couple things were broken on arrival e.g a door knob and some plant pots. It didn't affect us negatively but just wanted to let you guys know!
Fantastic location!!
Liked: The communication from the host was superb at all times & very helpful. The location is absolutely fantastic, easy walking distance to all amenities & even the centre. Supermarkets and some great restuarants all nearby. Large, soft towels & nice bedding. Great outside space and parking!
Disliked: All good! Tiny bit more attention to detail on the clean, but great for what we needed! We would stay again!
Disappointing to say the least

Disliked: Cleaning. Beds in basement. Shower in basement. Quantity of crockery. Cleanliness of crockery. Info sheets re waste collection. No table to eat from. And lots of other things
Great location and could be a beautiful property, but extremely disappointed for the price paid
Liked: The location and the potential of the property were great.
Disliked: It wasn’t clean, uncared for - peeling paint, rusty, broken garden furniture. Not enough seating outside or real beds for six. An old sauna in the basement, which was like a damp dungeon.
