Good
It was clean and tidy inside would use again if it was in a different area
Liked: The location was run down graffiti on most walls and rubbish every where. On the Sunday morning house hold goods had been put out.
Disliked: The footsteps and conversation could be heard from people upstairs.

Disliked: Could do with a proper clean and such a shame the garden was neglected. No dining table or space to sit and eat
Liked: Had a great stay! The Basement apartment has been made to feel really cozy. We had the dog and the outside area was very useful. It has a patch of fake grass in it, with real grass at the end of the road (but looks out for glass). We stayed during a heatwave and the temperature remained really readable. The property has a fully stocked kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bedroom although slightly tiered was very comfortable and had a lot of storage! The property management company was really helpful and quick to action and respond to communication! Thank you! On street parking is tight, but we did manage to find a spare.Not the property's fault, but someone scraped our car, they left a note and were very apologetic. Bristol is a great City and we really enjoyed our visit.
Terrible
Liked: Decent central location. That's all.
Disliked: The place was freezing with the thermostat needing to be changed every few hours and even then it didn't heat up. It was covered in security monitors that detect every movement you make. It was damp, and we even the. We had to empty 4 dehumidifiers every day. The light in the bedroom was so low we hit our heads multiple times. So much furniture that walking around led to falls. Noise from other occupants travelled down a lot.
Close to the city centre - which is handy, but the places needs a bit of fixing!
Liked: Close to the city and alot of amenities which was handy. Warm Bed was comfortable Kitchen amenities were easy to use
Disliked: Excess furniture for place, felt cramped and excessive. Felt very unsafe in the area, especially at night (nothing to do with the place though). I understand its a basement flat, but you can hear EVERYTHING from the residents above you and they have a very noisy dog. Washing machine needs fixing - was making loud squealing noises. Piping by front door is a trip hazard. Lights above Bed are way too low.
Had a good stay but could benefit from adding a few things in the future
Liked: The code had to be reset.
Disliked: The flat could use some painting as there was peeling paint in the bedroom and living room. Also lots of patches where there has been previous damage. Could offer extra towels. Kitchen was bare bones and could use some extra kitchen/cookware, even some cleaning materials and the pans in the kitchen were not clean from previous use and had to get cleaned before use. Also, flat was kinda cold and extra blanket for sitting and watching tv would have been nice.
