Guest reviews
Fabulous
Beautiful and warm
Liked: Spacious with good lighting and nice ambiance
Liked: Clean comfortable room
Disliked: Unpleasant stay due to noisy house guests with television and music at high volume until 2am
Very clean and a great location
Liked: Great location for the hospital. Plenty of road parking. Room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well kitted out with all mod cons, 2 fridges and free tea and coffee
Liked: We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was very easy as well as day to day access to the property. Our bedroom with an in-suite was very tidy and huge, with a tv and the bedding was clean. Shared spaces were always kept clean and tidy, there was a washing machine and dryer which was very appreciated for a long stay. The kitchen had easy to use appliances. Staff was very polite, helpful and good to chat with. The property was also conveniently located close to a small Tesco and other shops around which was the cherry on top.
Disliked: As our bedroom was a floor below, we could hear a lot of heavy footsteps and movement late at night from the guest above us. However, we understood that this maybe an issue with thin flooring and walls. Once it quited down, we had a good sleep.
Liked: I liked how there was complementary tea and coffee and appliances. Had a parking space and was secure.
Disliked: The room smelt of BO which we had to buy air freshener for and sprayed over half the bottle yet the smell still stayed ( it may have been on the sheets), the side table was sticky and dirty, my girlfriend had to wash it down. The TV was left on a strange video as we walked in which made us feel quite uncomfortable from the start.
Stay in bristol
Liked: The place was spotless and the bed was so comfortable - slept like a baby
Disliked: Struggled to get the key but staff quickly responded to my message....so not really a dislike
