Guest reviews
Very good
Overpriced for the condition of the property
Liked: 1) only 1person on reception at Saturday lunchtime 2) bar staff couldn’t use the POS system to pay for our drinks and as she was very new and only just out of training whatever IT issues were the route of the problem she couldn’t resolve it. 3) Room condition was poor with a bare tv on the wall with no cabinetry around it. One of the bedside lamps was clearly damaged but not replaced. The bathroom door had previously been repeatedly soaked and the veneer was broken and peeling off. Finally there was a footprint on the bathroom floor, which wasn’t one of ours, so cleaning was probably inadequate.
Liked: Great stay, breakfast was varied and ok. Just bit struggle with aircon
Liked: Basic facilities. The wifi connection is truly dreadful and unable to support a Teams call - making this is a poor hotel option when travelling for work
Liked: No ısb charger. Other than this really good.
Liked: Nice hotel and a great central location. Some items could do with some tlc, desk in room was very badly scratched and the bath/shower seal was a bit murky, also only 2 small milks in the tea tray seems very miserly, but was able to get more at reception easily enough. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast had plenty of variety, comfortable beds.
Liked: The property is tired… service is poor! A faulty light bulb was not replaced in three days!!! After being told it would be done everyday. Limited food…
