Liked: Very friendly. Excellent location. Tea and coffee in the room and extras in the hall plus cereals and different milks. Plus water.
Disliked: The shower needed a good clean to get of the mould and the basin tap leaked but it wouldn’t stop me staying again as otherwise it’s was so nice. ( could just be even better!)

Liked: The friendly welcome from the staff, the location of the suites, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities - a variety of teas & coffees & bottled water included in the price & not least, the 25% discount on the food (which was excellent) for guests attending the intimate theatre annexed to the tavern. Surprisingly quiet too. Lots of atmosphere & a good vibe!
Disliked: It didn't affect us but the staircases to the rooms are quite steep, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Also, it didn't put us off but the main light & one of the bedside lights weren't working. Also, couldn't easily open the window for air although we did understand why the window needed a lock.
