    Very enjoyable stay!

Liked: Loved the vibe. Very young and lively. Room was comfy and warm. Close to bus station. Staff were lovely.

Disliked: No hangers or coat hooks in my room - small gripe. Also, the mirrors in the bathroom are not suitable for shorties like me! 😆

Liked: Overall, it was an okay stay, and the hostel served its purpose. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the cleanliness, facilities, and general comfort. With better attention to these details, the experience could be much more enjoyable. It’s a reasonable option for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

Disliked: Very bad experience. We booked a private room, and a member of staff unlocked our room late at night when we were in bed and let two strange men in. I raised this with a different member of staff and they said they would pass our concerns on to the manager, who would be in touch. It's been 5 days and no one has contacted me. We felt unsafe and our concerns have not been taken seriously.

Great, cheap accommodation in central Bristol

Liked: Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly, loved the visuals of the building. For a hostel it was clean enough and the bed linens were washed and clean and soft. We stayed a night when pub downstairs was open till 11. Wasn’t overly loud (this was a Tuesday) ear plugs were provided.

    Disliked: Pillows were so solid!

    Great stay

Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at The Full Moon Backpackers. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was also clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and environment of the hostel were very good. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and well organised. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the good service. It was a great place to stay, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend The Full Moon Backpackers to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

    Disliked: Nothing
