Exceptional
Comfortable basement flat
Liked: Great location in Clifton close to local shops and restaurants. Good connections for local bus.
Disliked: Being in a basement made it quite dark
Beautiful apartment!
Liked: Such a beautiful, tastefully designed apartment. Had everything we needed, and in an amazing location. Will definitely return!
Liked: Location is perfect in the village of Clifton. A beautiful area of Bristol. Lovely restaurants, coffee shops and Bars. Bristol city centre is just a ten minute bus away. So you have best of Both worlds.
Disliked: Nothing, Apartment was perfect, area was perfect.
A Lovely Break in Bristol
Liked: Lovely area of Clifton & the basement flat was full of character & charm. Beds were comfortable & heating easy to operate. Well equipped kitchen. Shops and restaurants are a mere few minutes walk away. Public transport is excellent. We used the bus from the rail station and the stop is only 10 minutes approx. to the property. We also walked to Clifton Down rail station which is roughly 25 minutes walk away.
Disliked: We managed, however for anyone who struggles with steep steps this may not be for them. The steps to the front door are steep & can be wet & possibly slippery in wet weather
Needs a lot of improvement and not fit for purpose
Liked: Nothing. It was dirty.Smelt bad and had dirty water seeping through the plug in the shower
Damp issues need to be resolved and state in ad it’s basement with steep steps down
Liked: Location beds were comfortable tho twins were very narrow one bathroom quirky ensuite shower was good needs more chairs / sofa in lounge as only Small sofa and two small chairs
Disliked: Unfortunately the flat was extremely damp - the floor in the main lounge / kitchen was completely damp (white chalking on flagstones) would not Be suitable for anyone with asthma or breathing Difficulties and steps down to the basement were uneven and not suitable for those with mobility problems
