Excellent place
Liked: Very comfortable

Good location, room needs a bit of love
Liked: Very convenient location for shops and public transport. The room was mostly good value for money.
Disliked: No bin was provided in the room or the en-suite. A previous occupant seemed to have been swatting ladybirds with their shoes and they’d left marks and leftovers all over the walls and ceiling. One of the plug sockets was only barely attached to the wall.
Very good for the price
Liked: Affordable short term stay during summer vacation. Great view from the higher floors. Staff were friendly. Room was generally clean and comfortable except for a few things left from the previous person including a mushy blueberry and some soap containers which was not cleaned up. Made the room feel less clean but understandable to have missed a few spots
Liked: What i liked? Everything. Really, one of the best stay i had duting my trip. The location was really convenient for me, all i wanted to visit and see was near. The staff is really helpful and nice. The room i had was spacious. If i visit Cardiff again I'd definitely stay here again.

Liked: The location is central The reception guys always willing to help
Disliked: Didn't expect to find a very badic room.. a bed to sleep for such a price. No hangers in the closet.. some hair on bed sheets and toilet.. no toilet paper.. the reception guy gave me a roll the next day.. no trash bin.. and you should throw your trash before leaving..i will not repeat this experience for sure

Liked: Great location, close walk to the castle, train station 4 mins walk. I had room in 17 floor, so perfect view
Disliked: If will be soap in the room that will be great
