Disliked: It’s simply the shittiest property!! There was so much hair on my bed, my pillow smelled and the room was freezing cold… I couldn’t even sleep for one hour and it the bed was disgusting

Disliked: The place is extremely strange The price for today is 81 GBP per bed. The prices are changed all the time even after you paid. I was asked to pay an extra 17gbp at 7pm, though it was all paid in advance. The rooms are empty. I was alone in the 12 bedroom all the time. It would be nice to see some normal hostels in Cardiff, priced at 12-20 GBP. The situation with budget accommodation is drastic. Needs to be addressed. Please, do not reveal my name, there's something unusual about the whole thing 🥺💡🤞
