Liked: What was there to like? The check-out process was excellent because it meant I could finally leave. The bed had all the structural integrity of a collapsed trampoline, the sofa bed felt like sleeping directly on a collection of scaffolding poles, and every night was an exciting game of "which part of my back will hurt tomorrow?" The highlight of the customer service experience was being accused of booking a cheap stay purely so I could complain afterwards. It's always nice when a host adds a touch of amateur detective work to an already disappointing stay. On the plus side, if you're training for a sleep deprivation experiment or preparing for life as a medieval peasant, this apartment offers outstanding value.
Disliked: Avoid this property unless you're happy sacrificing comfort and being accused of dishonesty when you complain. The main bed had a huge dip in the middle and was clearly worn out. The sofa bed was equally awful, with the metal frame easily felt through the thin mattress. After two nights of terrible sleep, I left with a bad back. What made the experience even worse was the host's attitude. Instead of apologising or taking responsibility, they dismissed the problems as "personal preference", despite admitting the mattress is now being replaced. Apparently acknowledging a fault for future guests is easier than acknowledging it for the people who actually had to sleep on it. The most insulting part was being accused of booking a "cheap stay" with the intention of making a complaint afterwards. I've never encountered such an unprofessional response from a host. When guests raise legitimate concerns, they should be treated with respect, not have their honesty questioned. Properties can have issues. How a host responds to those issues tells you everything you need to know. In this case, the accommodation was disappointing, but the customer service was far worse. Would not stay again and would not recommend.
Ok for a night but will not stay there for more than 1 night
Liked: It was closed to the location we needed, Netflix for kids.easy access to flat. Easy parking from of the flat in parking bay.
Disliked: Curtains holder broken off the wall. No light in the hallway. Very noisy because the windows were too thin. Very narrow, steep staircase.
Liked: All round an ideal place to stay

Liked: Nice large rooms good heaters plenty of space and overall cleanliness was good.
Disliked: Tubs of paint left everywhere beds were very unpleasant the double and both single had big dips in the middle and cleary very budget mattresses.
Liked: Spacious, most things we wanted was there.
Disliked: Microwave was not available, it was really essential. For hob, if there was another cooking pot would be ideal. Because other available ones were not the suitable for that particular hob.
