Exceptional
Great location. Modern place and hosts were very helpful

Dirty, disgusting place would give zero, avoid
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Dirty, disgusting place, not been cleaned after last guests left, immediately reported wet urine patches on bed. We had to sleep on sofa. Cleaner turned up next day, saw the issues agreed and then completely changed his mind about what he saw. Unclean floor, kitchen utensils, stuff growing out of mop and bucket. Totally gross. When reported, the owner suggested we were making a huge deal out of it and that he'd have no issues with his kid staying in urine soiled bed. Vile individuals. Avoid at all cost. We left the very next morning after lies from the cleaner. Couldn't get away quick enough, totally ruined our trip.
Liked: Great location, easy 10-15 min walk to the center and just steps from Bute Park. 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds (though a bit on the narrow side). Well stocked kitchen.
Travelled for work. Great property and always clean. Host is always responsive and helpful

Liked: It is cleanest
Disliked: We deposit £102 but still is not refund for us since we left the guest house. That means from Friday.Could you help us to get our deposit back please. We emailed them 2 times but not replied so we need the money urgently please. Thanks.
Good location to explore the city for a fair price
Liked: I liked the location of the property, opposite Bute Park and very close to the university, where my son was taking a summer course.
Disliked: The property hall, right before you enter the flats, was always dirty, and I also found that the flat’s floor was not properly cleaned. Some of the kitchen’s utensils were very worn.
