  Great base for central Cardiff

  Liked: Really easy to book and to access property. Property was exactly as advertised and spacious and clean.

  Liked: Location was central for bars restaurants shopping

  Disliked: Dirty stained mattresses, not having the apartment I booked, toilet seat not connected to pan, hair & dust on headboard, lipstick on glasses, fat on hob, broken dishwasher, many lights not working, constantly running tap, wardrobe door not attached, only stayed 1 night not the 2 booked/paid for. Asked for refund, I would have accepted 50% to cover the cost of alternative accommodation but after weeks of being passed around no compensation was issued. They offered a free 2night stay but as this would have cost me more money on a trip I didn't want or have holiday allocation left to take I declined this. They then told booking.com compensation will be issued but that never happened. Avoid this company as they just dont care about their customers.

  It was beautiful to relax on the balcony in the evening, over looking the water. Flat was very spacious

  Good location, nice views

  Liked: Location was excellent.

  Disliked: There were a few issues during our stay, some were resolved by the staff and some wasn't. I'm not going to mention anything specific for others to read as we had a good time in Cardiff and will be returning again next year.

Parking must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Vehicles with commercial signage may be clamped if parked in the property car park.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.

Please note the property does not accept bookings for guests under 25 years of age.

The property cannot accommodate group bookings of 5 or more adults.

All buildings have walk ways/ramps and elevators of sufficient size for wheelchair users. Century Wharf consists of paved walkways, tarmacked roads and graveled pathways.

Studio apartments and some smaller one-bedroom apartments may be too small for a wheelchair user to consider them suitable to easily move around the bed space freely

Some two-bedroom apartments also have smaller living space which would not be suitable for wheelchair users, again larger style two-bedroom apartments are available with sufficient space

A small selection of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have 2 floors (duplex apartments) which may not be suitable for mobility impaired/wheelchair users.

Currently no apartments have been converted with disability features.

Check-in after 19.00 is possible (for an additional fee) by prior arrangement.
