Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Good facilities - kitchenette had lot of pots /pans and the required. Washing machine came in handy. Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Dirty carpets, very small toilet.
Provided exactly what I required
Liked: Location and facilities were great
Disliked: It was basic and noisy in the mornings but no problem to me
Liked: Great location, fully equipped 2 bed flat.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
If travel to Cardiff, it is a good choice
Liked: location, new and clean
Disliked: The app which manage the property not very friendly
Overall would return and recommend as property had a homely feeling and I was kept updated
Liked: Location, homely environment, clean
Disliked: Cobwebs around property, standing fan very dirty
Won’t return. Wouldn’t recommend
Liked: The location was good for the city centre, however the location was run down and filthy. The flat was adequate. There were no clean sponges or cloths in the kitchen so we used the already used ones in the cupboard.
Disliked: The smell of the rubbish which was piled up outside the bedroom window (in the front yard), was horrendous, flies and rats everywhere. We spent the night listening to them scurrying around outside the window, squealing and scratching outside. It was hot inside, but we couldn’t open the window because the smell was so bad. We cut our stay short, leaving after the first night.
