Great location and quality stay in Cardiff
Liked: The room was excellent and comfortable. We used the pol and saunas which were excellent again. The breakfast was superb as always and the bed was very commutable. We used the umbrellas or £2 which was a great idea for Autumn in Wales. The execution lounge is a great idea for relaxing while they prepare the room. We came as a birthday treat for my wife, thank you to Ceri for organising a cupcake and card. Diolch
Excellent stay and great staff
Liked: The staff went above and beyond, Cerri from customer relations took extra steps to make our stay special and I’m very grateful
Disliked: Bed is solid! And cushions puff and wind
