Guest reviews
Good
Liked: Big room and windows open so nice. Air-conditioning good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good and area. Nice view of docks and a 20 min walk into city centre.
Disliked: Car park isnt big enough for amount of guests so had a refund and parked 10 minute walk away.
Disliked: Although our room was ready when we arrived early they wanted to charge us an additional 25 pound to access the room early. The food available was poor. I ordered the soup and it was cold when delivered. It was then warmed up and returned, obviously by the microwave as I then had to wait for 10 minutes until I could actually enjoy it as it was so bloody HOT.
Disliked: Not enough parking
