Fabulous
All the amenities from Home to Home and impressive apartment
Liked: Stylish comfortable Clean airy apartments in a great location
Liked: Location is great and access was easy
Clean, spacious and convenient to the centre of Cardiff
Liked: The location, very spacious
Lovely stay, very convenient
Liked: Location is very near the shops and restaurants. Also near Utilita arena and Principality Stadium.
Disliked: maybe just suggestion of a second electric fan esp during summer time
Great location but wouldn’t stay here again due to cleanliness and poor customer service
Liked: Location is excellent near the arcades, shopping, Castle, museums. It was also quiet. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery etc. Bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
Disliked: The carpet in the bedroom was not clean. There were large stains on the couch. The washing machine doesn’t work, and the spin cycle is broken. Lack of information about how to work the heating system, the appliances, garbage and recycling. Communication from the owner or property manager was prompt but minimal and lacking in hospitality - not friendly. The owner/manager had to move us to a different suite than original booking (which was ok) however, when I inquired about the price, I was told the price was lower and to make up for this, they would include free parking. However, my original booking also included free parking. When I asked for clarification and explained this showing proof of my original booking, the response was “ignore it”. They did not offer us the cheaper price for the replacement suite and this poor customer service left a negative impression. Photos include images with the stains on the sofa and dirty wall in kitchen. Carpet in the bedroom were also dirty, but no photos to show this.
Perfect location for HQ
Liked: Located right in the middle of everything and had everything needed in the apartment
Disliked: There was no warning that the door to the balcony gets stuck and is difficult to close once opened and there was no view from the balcony
