Very good
Lovely stay thank you
Liked: Staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Decorated beautifully. Bed was comfy bathroom was great and lots of mirrors to get ready! Also being on the top floor it was lovely not having to worry About people Above being noisy and moving furniture
Disliked: A little noisy in the mornings with deliveries but that can’t be helpedThe parking was a bit of a mare but thats Only because the car park we were going to park in was closed for an event. The staff did point out some Free parking for us so should have listened!
Liked: The owner allowed for an early checkin.
Disliked: The place didn’t look like what’s shown in image. The room was not clean. There were stains on floor, dust, and hair. In the bathtub, there were flies and dirt. It looked like the room has not been cleaned for a while. I requested the owner for cleaning or potential room change but didn’t get any response.
Lovely property
Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Parking
Disliked: Room does not reflect the photos. Extremely small bedroom, good size bathroom. Noisy when cars and people don’t respect the neighbour hood.
Liked: Good, fairly central location
Disliked: Total lack of communication from the owner, despite numerous attempts to clarify check in time and access to the property. Luckily a cleaner was at the property to let us in. As we attended a graduation the lack of communication was quite stressful. Broken coffeee maschine, TV didnt work, wallpaper was peeling off above the bed/our head, shower screen was broken. Very poor value for money
Liked: Staff were lovely and location was excellent. We were in the smallest of their rooms with impressive bath and nice decor.
Disliked: The cleaner needs to do a better job of the floors, blinds and ceiling cobwebs. Marks on wallpaper and loft hatch also need cleaning. Maintenence needed - shower screen broken and wallpaper peeling. Felt overpriced due to these issues.
