Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Great response time to queries. Great facilities and extras.
Liked: Lovely little flat, had everything I needed. Nice little toiletry gift box too was really cute
Disliked: Unfortunately its in a noisy part of town, nothing the owners can do about that, but just a heads up. All the doors slam shut, the main door is the worst, they could really do with soft closing doors, that would make a huge difference. Other than that, it was a nice flat with everything I needed.
Smart, well equipped appartment in very central location
Liked: Very convenient location for the half marathon and town. Easy to access with kepypad. Big place, well equipped and nicely decorated. Parking permit was arranged for free on the street
Disliked: Bed a bit spongy, front of property looks very grungy and dirty, tiny TV and intermittent Wi-fi
No Frills Accommodation in a Great Location
Liked: Great location, very close to the city centre and castle. There's also a coffee shop a few doors down. The kitchen and bathroom are stylish and modern.
Disliked: Unfortunately, housekeeping is not at a standard you'd expect. Surfaces and floors were fairly dusty. The shower was mouldy to the point where pieces of mould would break off in the water. When I raised this with the property manager, they sent someone over to clean it the next day. They also offered to refund the cleaning fee. However, it's now been over a month since my stay and I have yet to receive any money.
Not deserve
Liked: Nothing like
Disliked: Not clean in the whole apartment, everywhere is dirty, the sofa, the toilet, the kitchen. Not the real figures on the website.
Good location, disappointing accomodation. Did make us want to go out more!
Liked: Location was good in terms of getting to the city centre but the rest of the road let down the area.
Disliked: Whole building was very dirty and run down, the stair carpets were heavily stained and banister very grubby. There were loose wires hanging from the roof in front of the windows. Inside the accomodation there were stains and food stuck to the doors and across the kitchen ceiling. In the bathroom, there was toothpaste on the mirror, a broken rusty bin and the hooks were coming off the door, the towel rail was on all the time making the flat quite hot. The living area couldn't comfortably sit everyone staying and didn't reflect the images on the website. TV was very small and didn't allow for family to watch together on the few hours we wanted to stay there (during a storm).
