Very good
Super stay
Liked: Fantastic location for walking to central Cardiff and close to local amenities. The street parking was ample and the parking permit form was easy to fill in the day before arrival. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, cosy and spacious with a good size garden to relax in weather permitting. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms had all the required attributes and a good size TV in the lounge and good WiFi connection. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much at Richmond apartments. Thank you for your messages and information and for making our stay a pleasurable one.
Disliked: Initially on arrival a new guest may be shocked to see bins and recycling bags outside the house but this is the norm for the street and surrounding area and shouldn't detract from the stay or reflect on the inside of the property.
Not worth it
Liked: Swift communication with staff
Disliked: Location, very small rooms, not very clean (fridge was dirty on the top...), lock of the window in the bathroom was broken, mold smell, noisy neighbor, garbage on the street was all around, the address instructions are not clear - there are two buildings with the same number on this street (one of them was abandoned).
Overall okay, comfortable beds
Liked: Very comfortable bed, slept really well, pretty clean everywhere, the fans were a really good touch considering it was very hot, at the night the flat cooled down pretty fast. Toiletries available in the bathroom.
Disliked: The kitchen area can be a be a bit improved, lots of the cutlery were dirty and pretty used, toaster and kettle as well, looked very used and somehow dirty, all of the saucepans and frying pans too.
Small apartment 1km to city centre
Liked: Good washing machine, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and free parking
Disliked: Stairs to the property, shower was poor
Liked: Great location, apartment very clean,staff very responsive
Disliked: Too bright, broken clothes drier,not all the plates were clean
Lovely apartment, clean, spacious, had everything we needed plus great location and free parking on
Liked: Great apartment, had fans which was much appreciated as we arrived in a heatwave! Great location, could walk easily into town centre, shops, bars etc We also got a digital parking permit so we could park easily on the street outside.
