Liked: Great location
Disliked: Toilet on lower floor Shower was ok

Liked: secure property. quiet.
Disliked: no tea coffee or sugar. cmon! light in bathroom not working. some water heating taps broken. no washing machine. only couch very uncomfortable. carpet sticky and yuck. no room for suitcases. parking not always available. beds uncomfortable.
Good for a short stay, great location
Liked: Very good location, good that it has two bathrooms and the kitchen seemed well equipped although we did not use it much. It was also well heated and the WiFi was very good.
Disliked: We could not set the sofa bed up correctly, and it was very hard to lie on. The beds were also very very firm that it was a bit uncomfortable.
Liked: Easy check in, spacious, great value, a short walk to the centre of Cardiff Bay Area.
Cheap and mid. Hosts were very responsive and helpful
Liked: Host was very responsive
Disliked: The booking process. I thought the whole point of booking.com was have it be easy, but the property asks for so many details (incl passports and selfie, DOB) which doesn’t show at all from the booking.con website. The photos on the website look much better than the real thing. Over half the lights in the property do not work which makes it look uninviting.
Great location for visiting the city and Cardiff Bay
Liked: Great location Free parking Additional downstairs toilet Roku TV
Disliked: No bedside tables Not enough power sockets in bedrooms No curtains or blinds on windows in dining area meaning lounge overlooked, also top floor window people can look up into by bathroom and bedroom
