Very good
A nice little flat, great location
Liked: Loads of space, good location
Disliked: There is a mouse in the property.
Below expectation
Liked: The floor was not clean - we had to sweep the floor before settling. The window seals very dirty and dusty. The beds were terrible uncomfortable The sofa bed stained and dirty and uncomfortable. House so hot and no fan. Upstairs toilet is shaking and we were so worried sitting on it. Advert show game room/ snooker board hence why we picked it because hubby and teenage son loves snooker however on getting there there is nothing like snooker at the Flat.
Disliked: The kitchen equipment to some extent and the smart TV
Lovely place, easy communication
Liked: Was a lovely spacious building really nicely laid out staff were welcoming and helpful, had pretty much everything we needed:)
Disliked: The only downside was that we had to wash up a few of the pans and the platter before using them as they had some sort of food on from the last people who stayed, there also wasn’t quite enough cutlery for 12 of us but other than that great stay and no complaints:)
Do not book a place with Madj Rassam
Disliked: After i pay for reservation, I have been requested to send deposit o top of my payment without any notice before booking confirmation. Be aware that you'll have to spend extra money with you book with Madj Rassam. Additionally, I have been advased by Madj check-in was 3pm, however, when I arrived 3pm the flat was not ready and I had to wait an hour before check-in. When I questioned Madj, they've replied saying the check-in was 4pm instead. After wait an hour for cleaning to get ready, I realised the cleaning was also very poor with bread crumbles on the table and towels with hair from someone that probably stayed before us. The advertisement mislead you saying there's parking, once you reserve the flat, they mention that charges for parking may apply (can be tricky to find parking). I would book a place with Madj Rassam never again.
Property has all the basic things and facilities around but it’s not suitable for families with kids during summer seaso
Liked: Property was fine.
Disliked: 1. So much traffic noise from the outside as it’s on a corner. 2. There is a pub across the road and so much music and people chattering late night. 3. Bed mattress was too weak and uncomfortable. 4. Too much hot during peak summer and no fan/cooler available, although they were requested during the reservation. 5. No reply to any message to the landlord through booking.com chat. 6. Not suitable during summer with kids because the heat inside and noise from outside make them uncomfortable and they can’t sleep.
