Fabulous
Liked: We had a great stay at Staybridge Suites. I would highly recommend it for families
Liked: Modern hotel...business level. Big enough for two on travel. Safe available in room. Fast service team.
Disliked: Duvet too heavy... Parking space not bookable in advance.
Liked: The room and property was spotless. Was a good sized room
Disliked: Was in an intercontinental room that made me feel uncomfortable
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to stay
Disliked: There was fire alarm 2 days in a row, one at 6am and one at 7, because of the shock I had to deal with nose bleeding. In the room you could hear everything from outside and it was like somebody walking in your room. The breakfast wasn’t the best. And the location was far from city centre. But it was clean
great place to stay
Liked: nice room could not fault anything
Disliked: the breakfast could have been better the hot food was beans bacon and scrambled eggs only
Overall, a good hotel. The staff made an adequate property a joy to stay in
Liked: The location was great. Walking distance to Mermaid Quay. The staff were excellent. They helped with numerous difficulties to do with getting around, and were consistently friendly, helpful, and informative.
Disliked: The room did not have adequate storage space. My expectation was that an extended stay hotel would be would provide a semi-permanent setup. The restaurant and bar were barely passable. The walk to Cardiff City Centre was a bit of a haul. That was a trade-off I was aware of when I booked the hotel.
