Perfect base for
Liked: Such a great location and very comfortable. Easy to find and check in process was smooth. Michelle was great and went above and beyond for our requests.
We enoyed Cardiff and the maintenace issues were not visit shattering - just a nuisance
Liked: Location was excellet.
Disliked: The flats needed service. The drain for the shower was so slow, you had to keep stopping until the bottom drained. The sink was also slow. The bathroom was also a bit "odorous". The wahser-dryer in the laundery room didn't work. The instructions were supposed to be accessed by a QR code, which instead lead to a page saying "whoops, that page is gone". The mini-safe was locked open and could not be used. We emailed the staff who messaged us to read the instructions -no one did the pbvious and come and fix the problem. Havig been blown off by that, we just sucked up the rest. We were hardly there to solve the managements manitenance issues.
Awful nights sleep as well as being choked with an awful smell. Great location though

Disliked: The mattress was awful. Springs were popping up everywhere and was collapsed in the middle. Absolutely stank of weed in there and the smoke alarm was covered up with foil.

Disliked: the rooms are close together with very thin walls, can hear the neighbours music. Bedding had random holes in it
