Fabulous
Very unpleasant place
Disliked: The advert photos are misrepresentation of the reality and I don’t know who writes their reviews, family and friends? I’ll add 3 current photos of the bathroom which represent the overall state of the place. Once you enter the building through the communal door you see dirty staircase and you’re hit with a musky smell which only gets worse when you open the door to the flat. Bathroom stinks of sewage and drains. This advert suggests that this is a modern flat, but this is just an old flat in an old neglected building.

Liked: The apartment was quiet, enough stuff were available in the property.
Disliked: The carpet is very filthy and unhygienic. Smell mouldy when you enter the main entrance. Very bad smell from the bathroom drainage. I would say every one should avoid the apartment No.3 until the issues solved.
Lovely cosy comfortable apartment
Liked: Convenient and cosy apartment. Great for our needs. It was warm but we’d taken a fan so was okay. Free parking outside. Great communication from owner.
Disliked: It was quite warm in the heatwave. Extra fans would be welcome. Freezer needs defrosting and in kitchen it was a bit sticky around cooker-think from cooking oil.
The flat was suitable for two people on a short stay
Liked: It was clean, convenient
Disliked: The entrance to the flats was grubby and like student accommodation. There was no storage space in the kitchen for food and limited space for clothing in the bedroom. The bathroom fittings and toilet cistern need to be replaced.

Liked: Location was perfect for what we needed
Disliked: Linen on the smaller second bedroom bed was dirty. Stained and full of hairs. Larger bedroom linen was fine and bed comfy although too small. Bathroom dated and tired and the shower was a lukewarm trickle. Needed more hand towels per person rather than the one in the bathroom. Think the boiler was faulty as the pressure was very low - hence the lack of decent hot water and pressure. Would be so easy to give the flag a general makeover and improve the flat massively.
