Fabulous
Not a great place to stay in
Liked: Location was close to train station.
Disliked: Facility was a total disappointment. Room was basic. There was a large hole in kitchen ceiling covered with plastic covering. The shower on the first floor not working. The additional shower downstairs was so cramped up. Fridge was filled to the brim, dirty and really foul smell coming from the fridge. The back garden was a tip full of unsightly mess which noone should never have to wake up to. A total disappointment. Couldn't even have a shower before we left. Declined breakfast as I cannot bear to eat anything that came out of the fridge. Not worth the money paid for a stay.
Liked: The place was wonderful—just what I needed!!! Michelle is a wonderful and very attentive host. The room is very comfortable, the bed is incredibly comfortable to sleep in, there’s plenty of space, and it smells wonderful. The bathroom and kitchen are very clean. You really feel right at home. I highly recommend it!
Ideal for a night out in Cardiff
Liked: Michelle is very friendly and helpful, provided excellent communication and instructions. Breakfast was tremendous and cooked fresh to order. Reliable wi-fi. Easy on-street parking right outside the property. Easy 20-minute stroll into the city.
Liked: Wonderful hospitality from Michelle, text me on what app and very helpful local information and transport, Texting on what app is better cos get faster response
Liked: A comfortable and quiet little nook just 10 minutes walk from Cardiff central.
Very poor accommodation!!
Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: First of all, there was two drawers missing from the side unit, no wardobe but a hanging rail, this had mixture of plastic hangers but only the first three had ever been used, consequently there was dust on the others! The kitchen was crammed full of stuff, the staircase had peeling stickers on it but by far the worst was the larder fridge, this was absolutely crammed full of foodstuffs, it was utterly impossible to tell if any foodstuffs had gone off or mouldy, in our eyes it was very unhygienic and consequently we decided not to stay there.
