  not very enjoyable

  Liked: the location and we had a fairly decent nights sleep.

  Disliked: we didn't have breakfast as we thought it was really expensive so we decided to go out for breakfast The apartment we had was very tired the French doors to the back had a Juliet balcony and that was rusty and need attention. the bed was fairly comfortable and we had a decent nights sleep however the easy chairs needs replacing or at the very least reupholstering.

  Stunning views. Great location

  Liked: A lovely private guest house with stunning views from the open balcony doors. Ideal location for a lovely walk in to castle comb. Great helpful host and a really pretty location.

  Liked: We liked the location set in beautiful countryside, peaceful surroundings close to the village of Castle coombe. We booked a one night stay in the Dove Cot, quirky and perfect for us and our two little dogs. Even though it was a very warm day the little studio felt pleasant with lovely double door windows overlooking the rustic natural garden where we watched the sun set on the longest day. Beautiful. The whole site put me in mind of a French farm house, really charming and something to look at at every turn.

  Disliked: Only one thing would have improved our short stay. There wasn't a comfortable seat, a garden conservatory style wicker " small sofa " and two very small odd chairs are not really conducive to lounging. I appreciate that it's not a big space but I think a small two seater sofa would really be a huge improvement especially for someone like me with back issues.
