  Quirky, historic, charming

  Liked: A stunning and unique property with a mixture of the historic and modern amenities. Kitchen was good. One bathroom has v restricted height over the bath

  Disliked: We hadn’t realised quite how intense the tourist activity would be outside as it is right in the centre of the village with buses dropping off, turning in a restricted area ( our car got dinged) and people taking photos of the house.

  We would definitely return

  Liked: The property was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. It was a real tourist point and it felt strange being in a property which was being photographed from the outside all day! We loved all the medieval detail and enjoyed learning about the history of the house. We particularly enjoyed the log fire in the evenings.. very cosy. The location was absolutely perfect.

  Really enjoyed the location and feel of the apartment for our family. Really loved the fire and atmosphere

  Liked: Awesome ancient building and well kept. Traditional construction and age meant nothing was perfect but the family enjoyed it so much.

  Disliked: Unfortunately key lock didn’t work and there is a requirement to park well away from property.

  Has the most fantastic weekend celebrating a big birthday in such a lovely cottage. The hot tub was a big success too!!

  Liked: A stunning property with modern facilities but retaining its historic charm. Perfectly situated in the centre of a stunning village. Especially loved the choice of 2 pubs and restaurants being so close

  Liked: A truly wonderful house — so much charm! After spending four nights, it was hard to lock the door and leave. We felt completely at home. I hope I can come back someday. I only missed having a bit of information about the history of the house.
