Very good
A couple of minor issues but otherwise stay was excellent
Liked: The location, age of property and style within the property were all excellent. Traditional style but not dated
Disliked: The tv didn’t work properly and the shower was only like warm.
Liked: Brilliant location, good value for money. Very courteous staff.

A very comfortable stay, lovely location with excellent food
Liked: Beautiful building, good location. Staff were good and very accommodating, food - dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Disliked: Could be a bit noisy during the night, but that is no fault of the hotel.
Property is very tired and not a great sleep
Liked: We have always liked the history of the place and the town itself.
Disliked: The room was sloping so every night you would slide down the bed and have to adjust yourself. Sleep for both of us was poor in that bed. The rooms are very tired and the hallways are dirty from dog paws etc. It’s not a good idea to have animals around. I don’t like payments being made by text and when I questioned it there was no reply from them. Never really met any staff to be honest.
Wonderful stay in a huge, clean and comfortable room with a big four poster bed! Great location- highly recommend
Liked: Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and coffee in the cafe very good. We really enjoyed our stay.
