Exceptional
A short break in Eastbourne
Liked: We liked the two large bedrooms which were very comfortable. We liked the cleanliness, the Wifi, the kitchen and the hot shower. We liked the short walk to shops and being able to walk to the seafront. Having a dedicated parking space was great Eastbound itself was nicer than we expected with plenty to see and do. Milena was very helpful and replied to queries quickly.
Disliked: For two of us the living room was fine but would be small for 4 people. The front doors felt a little insecure.
Liked: Suited our needs perfectly. Hosts very helpful and on hand. Would definitely return. Maybe a discount for regular returning guests. Great and enjoyable short break

Disliked: Bedroom at night wasn’t very dark as light streams through the blinds. There are no curtain.

Disliked: External felt uncomfortable. Waste bins lined up in garden, staircase to upstairs flat very rundown, surrounding environment/litter not great Lounge was very small Hard to see how 4 people could use it
Had lovely time wanted to do walk from Eastbourne to seaford Seven Sisters perfect location

Disliked: Bedroom nice and spacious kitchen had everything needed
Liked: Comfortable good facilities clean. Quiet location No views very tucked away Had to have car to get to any facilities- beach restaurants etc Parking space small and difficult to get into Overall as it was a self contained 2 bed apartment did the job for short stay. Grass outside area deceiving and disappointing as it was not a garden as depicted in the photo. Bit overpriced for what it was. Nothing exceptional.
Disliked: As above, artifical very small outside,area which looked like a garden but one,wouldn't want to sit there as hemmed in by other buildings and no views,at all
