Fabulous
Cute, cozy stay in Eastbourne
Liked: Really cozy and clean room, pretty spacious for a solo traveler. Good location and easy parking outside. All amenities like washer/dryer and kitchen facilities useful for those traveling extensively
Disliked: Nothing really, but you should be aware that other rooms (3 on my floor) are in close proximity and people aren’t always considerate with their noise
Thank you for a pleasant peaceful stay
Liked: Plenty parking Comfortable room well maintained Quiet suburb Would love to stay here again
Not happy at all
Liked: Very disappointed was advertised as 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, Sofa bed was for a child and broken!
Disliked: Staff was not helpful
A good experience
Liked: The room was nice, a little tight to move around. The amenities were all there as described. The host also accommodated a last minute request which really made us feel more comfortable by arranging a fan in the hot weather. Plenty of free parking as promised.
Disliked: The cot for the kid was small and it didn't really solve the purpose. There were spiders in the room and it needed a bit of dusting, maybe because it was a busy time.
Review of accommodation
Liked: The room was comfortable and provided us with tea, coffee, etc, and it was adequately sized for us with modern furniture.
Disliked: The room and kitchen had not been cleaned when we arrived. The room was cleaned within the hour once informed. The kitchen area didn't get cleaned until the day after. The communal hall area needed a vacuum as bits on carpet. ( First impressions). Pillow cases not matching
Very good
