Liked: The swimming pool was great and quite, great location and good room
Disliked: I found afew people at reception not very welcoming

Liked: Very helpful staff member who offered to show me different rooms when I was unhappy with our room. Helpful staff member who took our bags to the room because the lift was broken. Parking voucher for guests.
Disliked: The smell! The hotel smells awful - of feet. The halls, the rooms, it smells unpleasant. Carpets are very dirty as are some of the walls in the bedrooms.

Disliked: I flossed my teeth and while doing so could see little bits of food on tiles either side of sink. Probably from others flossing

Please note that this hotel has no car park and cannot guarantee nearby parking. On-street parking in front of the hotel is limited and carries an extra cost, with a GBP 2.50 permit available to purchase at reception. Side street parking is unrestricted.
We regret that due to the configuration of the hotel, the pool is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that lockers are not provided for swimmers.
