Lovely B&B near the sea, great hosts, great breakfast & lovely rooms
Liked: Great location, not far from the station. Very friendly & accommodating owners. Very clean. Great breakfast selection including fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, muesli & cooked to order. The smoked salmon & scrambled eggs is delicious. Delicious fresh coffee. I had a single room & stayed 2 nights. Good size room with comfortable bed ( could have been a bit firmer but I had a good nights sleep nonetheless). Ample space for clothes & en-suite toilet with handbag in. My room had its own shower room outside of the bedroom on the landing. Very clean & good water pressure. My cousin had a double room which was beautiful & fully en-suite. We arrived earlier than stated check in time however, the host was so good & let us book in earlier which was great. We would definitely stay here again when next in Eastbourne

Very enjoyable stay
Liked: Mark greeted us on arrival and helped us with our luggage. Made us feel welcome. The B&B was well maintained and very clean. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our room, which had a balcony was very nice and overlooked the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Served by Mark with a smile and a chat. Would definitely stay again, wish we had booked longer.
Disliked: There was no on site parking, which we knew before we went. But free on street parking was available just up the road and on the side roads. So not a problem.

Liked: Lovely, welcoming b&b with convivial hosts, who are happy to chat, give advice and tips on Eastbourne and surroundings, and generally just indulge in friendly chatter. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning, with sides of yoghurt and fresh fruit, etc. Spotlessly clean rooms with tea and coffee..... No complaints.
Disliked: Parking can be difficult. We struggled to find a space anywhere near the property on the surrounding streets. Parking is permitted directly in front of the property, but only for loading/unloading etc.
