Pleasant
Was pleasant and comfortable
Liked: Location was good, staff were good aswell, rooms were a bit dated, but value for money

Convert for the local area
Liked: Staff at front desk was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel industry excellent service from staff and the bar man
Disliked: Bed very hard, room was run down could do with updating the whole hotel if it wasn’t for the staff I would probably not stay again

Comfy, relaxing but not a fan of hot stuffy rooms
Liked: Huge room, clean lovely bathroom, picture online said no window but we had one which was a nice surprise

Overall good. Comfortable. What I expect for Eastbourne
Liked: Easy to get too
Disliked: It was windy. Even with windows shut, the wind whistled so loudly I had to wedge towels under the door
We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning it we cam to Eastbourne again
Liked: Room 310 was a lovely room with great views over the sea. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were good and, because of my wife's disability, we were allowed to eat in our room which was very helpful.
Disliked: Because of the high winds, the front door was closed for safety reasons. However, the alternative side entrance was poor with an uneven surface and no roof cover against the rain. My wife found this alleyway quite stressful as the uneven surface meant that it was difficult to use her trolley.
