  DISGRACE! Nobody ever book this please

  Liked: THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

  Disliked: THIS place has SCAMMED me, please NOBODY book this accommodation ever again. I got a call on way to hotel on check in day, saying they couldn’t accommodate me, “plumbing” Issue, they offered me an accommodation 45 mins away or a full refund. I accepted the refund and now they have put it down as a no show, and will not refund me! DISGRACE, booking.com haven’t been helpful either. Please please nobody book this accommodation!!

  Liked: Nothing. I didn't even stay. Total mess up. The place is OLD DIRTY AND NO FACILITIES. SOME FACILITIES AND THOSE ARE DIRTY BROKEN AND UN HYGIENIC TO USE.

  Disliked: There was no TV but only a TV table. All the facilities were old and rusty. Dirty. Walls are damp and mouldy.

  Terrible, shouldn’t even be allowed on booking.com

  Liked: Nothing to like about, photo on booking.com not representative of the place.

  Disliked: Everything. We came to the apartment which was completely uncleaned from the previous occupier. All the trash still there, bathroom mat wet and the bedsheets were completely undone and clearly used. This is on top of struggling to access the property. Had to call almost 40 times to get the code to access the property. And they didn’t even get back to me after I complained about the state of the apartment on arrival. They charge you for hospitality but it was clearly not visited by a cleaner

  Disliked: Management aren’t contactable. No tv in property, taps come on constantly and make lots of noise even though everything is turned off, oven doesn’t function properly, constant damp smell in property. Avoid like the plague, this is the worst by far I have had to endure. Place needs to be knocked over and start again

This property offers online self-check-in only.

In order to complete the online self-check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self-check-in. A check in fee of GBP 25 will apply.

To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee of GBP 5.97 per guest is required. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.

Please note that early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge.

If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 18:00.

A surcharge fee of GBP 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
