Good
Liked: Scrambled egg on toast& omellette at breakfast time....also nice spacious room& sea view!!
Disliked: Tiny shower, weak water flow. Tiny cup for tea/coffee
Liked: Amazing room Amazing service good price
Good hotel, no frills, clean, comfortable in a good location and excellent value for money
Liked: Came for the marathon- room was clean and comfortable but a bit tired in places. I booked a Seaview which was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel represents very good value for money in an excellent location.
pleasant and overall a good stay
Liked: I genuinely had a pleasant stay at the Riviera hotel. It was in a great location, and the rooms were very cosy and comfortable, and the hotel room was genuinely very quiet and relaxing. The hotel was in a great spot as it was very walkable to many of the great tourist attractions in Eastbourne, which was great. The breakfast options were also nice too.
Disliked: I do think some of the staff that worked at the hotel could have been a bit more friendly and hospitable and a bit more approachable in there manner 1 staff member was nice but, some of the other staff were also quite abrupt. Apart from that, overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Riviera hotel.
Surprisingly good
Liked: receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and a lovely view of the sea. Perfect location, only 10 minutes form the town centre. Wil definitely stay there again on my next visit.
Disliked: Shower was very small
