Exactly what I expected
Liked: Location
Disliked: All was good
Great apartment with a few adjustments could be even better
Liked: Great location and apartment size. No views, but that can't be helped with the set up of the apartment. Bed was comfortable and apartment generally clean. Easy to access and great communication from the host. I would absolutely recommend. Smart TV and brilliant wifi too.
Disliked: There was a coffee machine but no capsules to use and no milk cartons or small sachets in the fridge on arrival, tap water versus bottled water (now its nice to have eco friendly water available thats not tap water). There was shampoo but no conditioner and bottles weren't labelled so I wasn't sure which was shampoo and which was body wash. Only one set of towels and no bath mat coming out of the shower. Pillows were very flat, however bed was comfortable, there was no mattress protector from what I could see. Entrance needs a wet floor sign or matt, when its raining as it gets wet and slippery.
Liked: Really nice flat with everything you need, beautiful and modern decoration. Well situated and really easy communication with the owner who was very flexible! Thanks again, 100% recommended!
Liked: Location of the apartment is excellent. Nice size rooms, all of which were spotless.
Disliked: Unfortunately there is renovation work being done on the adjacent hotel by very loud workers, who seemed to congregate in the rad behind the property. I know there is nothing that can be done about that, but it was really annoying when sitting in the lounge area.
Liked: Nicely decorated and very spacious. Quiet at night which was a surprise being located in almost the heart of Eastbourne.
Disliked: The parking was an issue and we ended up in the old Trinty NCP / Blue Park car park which is very dodgy to say the least. We had no issues with the property.
Liked: Great apartment had everything you need and more. Perfect central location
Disliked: One of the mattresses was a little on the soft side, but it would not stop me using the apartment again.
