Exceptional
Memories made for ever! All under one roof!
Liked: I liked how open plan it was and spacious balconies were lovely! The dishwasher was amazing as we don’t have one at home so a nice holiday treat. I liked how responsive Jane was too. The views were incredible. We had a choice of shower or bath and the onsite style was lovely!
Disliked: I needed 1 more pillow on my bed, but. It a problem as I took one from the double room. I think maybe a few more bin bags to help as we filled one very quickly.
We enjoyed our stay at the flat. It was nice and clean and had everything that you need

Perfect for us
Liked: The location was fabulous for our needs, it was a little away from Eastbourne centre but that was ok for us. The apartment was accessible and all flat from the carpark right through the apartment. There was a lift to get us to the correct floor. I was travelling with my 99 year old mother who is mobile but not great with stairs so it was important that it was all on a level. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The balcony was lovely. I sat watching the sea while having my breakfast, great suntrap even in mid October. The basket of blankets was really useful for sitting out in the evening. The host Jane is exceptionally helpful, especially when we had an issue with the fob for the car park gate, we found a workaround with no dramas.

Liked: Excellent location on beachfront. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. Clean and tidy. Kitchen fully equipped.

Disliked: Key collection at a diiferent location more than 10 mins away from apartment. Sofa uncomfortable and more pillows would have been appreciated
