Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The view on top of the roof adjacent to room no 1 was disgusting.

Disliked: The scent of urine. The fact the boiler was out and there was no hot water or heating. We paid on entry. Saw the room and immediately requested a refund. It was freezing, smelly and dirty. Refund refused and an email address given to chase. Neither myself or booking have been successful in getting a refund.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast, location was fine.
Disliked: There were no facilities available, heating wasn't working, lift's weren't working, lights in corridor tripped out, dissapointing
Never will go back again to this hotel - should have been told there was no heating before coming
Liked: We came back yesterday after a 2 night stay. Unfortunately we ended up coming on the weekend of a storm but we tried to make it the best we could but the hotel had no heating so this was very difficult to keep warm and dry our clothes after being out in the stormy weather. We had asked if they had a heater - but they didnt, so then asked for another quilt to which we told "if we can find one, we will bring one to you". We never received anothe quilt
