  Liked: The location was nice walk away from the town and local transport

  Disliked: How long it took to get hold of the caretaker and the damages that were originally there and the random leaking Shower and pipeworks. That made the neighbour Bang on our door at stupid o'clock in the evening.

  Liked: We liked the location and the ability to park the car nearby. It was excellently located, a short walk to town centre and seafront and very modestly priced

  Disliked: The flat was in a good location and had the potential to be a comfortable stay, but it required a higher standard of cleanliness and general maintenance. Several issues with the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom furnishings should be addressed to improve the overall condition. In particular, the taps in both the kitchen and bathrooms were loose and needed repair. The kitchen counters and cupboards were damaged on arrival, and the bedroom furniture was falling apart. There were also what looked like burn marks in the carpets in both the bedroom and lounge, which was concerning. In addition, the kitchen was only equipped with cutlery for two people, which was insufficient for the size of the flat.

  Liked: The location was good

  Disliked: Steep staircase as you open the front door. The bath was not operational as in no running water. The sofa wasn't that clean.

  Comfortable and pleasant

  Liked: Lovely comfortable flat within minutes of local amenities. Host was very helpful, putting together a list of the nearest supermarkets etc, and easy to get hold of when we needed assistance.

  Disliked: Nothing really- hob instructions might be handy (it's one of those fancy glass plate things) but the host was lovely and explained it over the phone

  A lovely place to stay in Eastbourne

  Liked: This property had everything we needed for a short stay in Eastbourne. A comfortable 2 bed apartment in a good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would happily stay again!
