Very good
very good value basic but comfortable hotel
Liked: Very welcoming staff; small comfortable room and excellent shower

Liked: That was a family room
Disliked: The way the gentleman at the reception talked with us. He wasn’t polite. Was a shame because it wasn’t my first time in this hotel! But they changed ownership and you can see a big difference. They had breakfast before and the staff was so nice. I was very sad to see the difference between the other 7 times that I was there for this one. Hope they improve it, because the hotel is situated in a very good place.
Liked: Great location, quiet hotel.
Disliked: They had run out of parking permits so had to pay to park on the street which meant getting up early to put another ticket on in the mornings.
Would stay again, but as I say, found something far better (booked a second night) in the same price band
Liked: Convenient. Close to town centre. Room was “basic” but comfortable. Would stay again, but have found something far better for the same Price band.
Disliked: Room was freezing. Radiators turned off. Bathroom an ice cube.

Liked: There was no food offered
Disliked: I had problems getting the TV working.
Very disappointed
Liked: The Tap was broken the kettle blew the socket man at reception not very helpful
Disliked: The room dusty found an old vape under the bed lots dust the staff not very helpful I paid for two nights only stayed one night checked our early paid for two nights but could not stay two nights I felt a bit uncomfortable
