Gorgeous comfy room with stunning views and super friendly staff
Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday and they left candles, chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely touch. The room was gorgeous and very comfy. The views were stunning and the hot tub was an amazing treat. The breakfast choices were varied and the Full Scottish breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.
Exactly as expected
Liked: The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The extras provided were lovely, eye masks, sleep spray, shower products etc, but we had our own so did not use them.

Liked: Lovely host, very welcoming from the second you walk in, rooms are nice, very clean, beds are so comfortable, showers are great & you get a brilliant breakfast..great location for ben nevis

Disliked: It was located a bit more than a mile away from the train station, a long walk. No one was there to answer questions until 4:00 p.m. The room had no climate control,
