A wee gem on the north coast of County Antrim, perfect stay in a perfect location

Liked: This is a wonderful property in a secluded area on the County Antrim Coast near Dunseverick. The location really is special, the property is at the end of a long, private road, so there is little noise from traffic or anything else. We stayed in Uncle David’s Barn, a large cottage with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. The view from the balconies, especially the upstairs one, was amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. You can see almost from the Giant’s Causeway on the left/west side, along to Rathlin Island on the right/east side. When the weather was clear, the Isle of Islay was clearly visible on the horizon. Marvellous! The facilities had everything you could ask for, decent broadband, well designed kitchen with large fridge and freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee-making facilities etc., along with all the glasses, plates, cutlery and utensils you could need. A laundry room is also provided if you need that. This is a well-located and well-appointed property that is perfect for any length of stay, and is convenient to anywhere you need to visit on the north coast. Dining options nearby are plentiful, the White Park Bay bothy for coffee, breakfast and light meals is only a few minutes drive away, and the town of Bushmills is close too - we chose the amazing Distillers Arms for a top class meal. There are many more options. Really enjoyable stay, thanks to Tony and Lorna, the proprietors.

Disliked: Nothing, it was simply fab.
