Exceptional
Great location and a welcoming hotel
Liked: location great. Close to giants causeway and carrick-a-redes and other locations nearby. Hotel is very comfortable and room was very nice.
Disliked: I wanted the hotel to provide me with an invoice from my businesds which they sais initially they couldn't so. Then they saids they'd email a revised invoice but never did

Liked: Staff were excellent as always as we stay here often. Breakfast is always delicious and our evening meal was delicious. Beautiful sea view room and extremely comfortable beds

Magnificent and relaxing views. Great staff!
Liked: The view from the first floor Junior Suite was magnificent. We were very lucky with the weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the very comfortable recliners and relaxing whilst admiring the views. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Disliked: The smell of cooking in the corridor outside our room. Thankfully not a whiff inside the room.
