Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was made to order and beautifully cooked and presented.

Liked: The front of house staff were amazing and the managers and the breakfast staff. There was a disconnect in service in the bar and it was incredibly slow and forgetful of orders. However, the view is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and luxurious. The food was nice and the drinks when they came were nice. Really just a training up issue I suspect with new staff.
Lovely hotel, highly recommended
Liked: Lovely hotel, wonderful views over the Portrush Golf complex. Staff were excellent, as was breakfast. Ideally located for the beach, golf or visiting Giants Causeway. Superb room, wonderful shower and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Little disappointed with menu choice for the evening meal, thought there would be more fish on the menu, but seemed to concentrate on steaks.
