Nice spot and quiet even though it was right in the city!

Liked: Very nice spot on the river. We went to a show at the O2 Academy which was a short walk away.

Disliked: The water didn’t work the next morning! I guess it was a city issue for the whole block but super bummer to not be able to shower!

I probably would not stay here again, too many things we didn’t like, including the location. However we did enjoy our s

  Liked: Bar area

Disliked: Breakfast quality was mediocre and the room is too tight for the amount of rooms. This hotel needs more staff, usually 1 desk person helping everyone, so long line for check in or for information. The staff that were on duty were helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The hotel had no water during our stay, that was inconvenient for us, however the staff did handle it very well. We were impressed with the solution of moving us to the sister hotel, taxi was called for us, new hotel was expecting us.
