  Disliked: Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service we experienced during our stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience, and I believe the level of service we received was far below what we expected. 1. Delayed Check-in On our arrival day, we reached the hotel at approximately 1:00 PM. We were informed that check-in was only available from 3:00 PM. Although we understand and respect the hotel’s check-in policy, the situation became even more frustrating when 3:00 PM arrived and we were still unable to access our rooms because they had not yet been cleaned. As a result, we had to wait even longer after the official check-in time. We were extremely tired from travelling and had already spent hours waiting, so this was a very disappointing start to our stay. 2. Room Arrangements On our first day, we asked whether the two rooms could be connected. We were informed by the reception employee that this request should have been made in advance. We then asked if the rooms could at least be next to each other, but the employee told us this was not possible. We eventually spoke to the manager, who was extremely helpful and managed to arrange the rooms for us. I would like to acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to help, as his attitude was very different from the experience we initially received at reception. 3. Housekeeping Issues Another major issue was that our rooms were repeatedly not cleaned, despite us placing the “Please Make Up Room” sign on the door when leaving. This happened for more than three days. Every day, we had to go down to reception to report the issue. Each time, we were assured that a note would be made and that it would not happen again. However, the same problem continued the following day.

  It was perfect location, lovely hotel fantastic breakfasts would definitely stay again

  Liked: It was close to bus station and the pavilion theatre as we were going to a show there. Rooms were good size bathroom good size hotel was lovely
