  Great stay. Good value for money

  Liked: Good location. Parking was a bonus. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. The decor was unusual and very different than the usual bland hotel decor - I liked it. Overall a great stay.

  Disliked: We had a problem with our key cards every day, which became a bit tiresome. We kept the keycards away from mobile phones and other cards etc, but this didn’t help.

  Disappointed, been lots before but think the be our last. Not worth the money much cheaper options near hydro

  Liked: Clean rooms, modern/quirky, sky lounge (not accessible due to private function)

  Disliked: Sky bar not accessible, very noisy, staff not most helpful.

  Ripped off for parking but hotel amazing

  Liked: The place is lovely and staff too, the sky lounge I would highly recommend booking if staying it’s stunning and cocktails to die for

  Disliked: I didn’t like the fact I was told £12 for parking but when I arrived it’s £25.50 which is extreme

  Pleasant

  Liked: Easy and efficient check in. Sadly our bathroom had a very intense smell of sulphur. We made this known to reception straight away. On return to our room it was clear bleach or a strong disinfectant was poured everywhere because it smelt so strongly of that all the way through to the morning. I’m pregnant and so this smell was particularly strong for me and I felt I couldn’t use the bathroom. Room was spacious - we were given an accessible room despite not needing or asking for one Feel like hotels of a certain calibre should all have smart tv’s so we were disappointed that they didn’t have one. Bottled water should also be provided. Otherwise a pleasant stay for purpose - we went to see a show at the ovo so it was 2 mins away.

  Great location and Value for Money

  Liked: Fab location for event at Ovo Hydro and ideal parking. Lovely, clean, comfortable bedroom. Breakfast plenty of choice. Friendly, helpful staff.

  I had to make a last minute booking due to the storm so it met my needs but I’m not a fan of trendy hotels. I like to be

  Liked: It was convenient as a last minute booking. The rooms were bright and very clean.

  Disliked: There were no tea bags in my room. I don’t like having no carpets. The restaurant was black and red making it very dark to see labels on things at breakfast. I didn’t know I would need reading glasses just to have breakfast. Parking was expensive as was a glass of wine.
