    Comfortable room and amazing location

Liked: Fantastic location, clean, comfortable room. And staff very friendly and approachable

Disliked: Nothing to dislike - some small tweaks to the long breakfast queue maybe, as everyone appears to want to get in as soon it opens!

A fantastic location with a welcoming atmosphere, lovely staff and great facilities

Liked: We had a lovely stay at the Clachaig Inn. The location is amazing, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. One of the highlights was the fantastic choice of entertainment with a separate over-18s restaurant/pub. The pub had a lovely atmosphere, complete with a cosy fire, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings. The staff were all really lovely and welcoming, which added to the experience. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we felt it was great value for money and would happily recommend the Clachaig Inn, particularly for its location, atmosphere and friendly service.

    Lovely location and staff

Liked: Staff were the highlight, closely followed but the bar and the incredible views.

Disliked: The shower was extremely inconsistent and went from freezing to scalding in a matter of seconds. Three of us staying there and no one could figure out the solution.

Liked: An absolute kip, do not stay here

Disliked: Paper thin walls, dirty kitchen, unfriendly staff, broken shower, apart from the location there was nothing good about this place.

Liked: A perfect cosy highland stay, we loved every minute and appreciated the staffs honesty when it came to a large power outage in the area, they were honest with expectations and were sure to accommodate us if we decided to stay - it all added to the adventure!! (Luckily power was restored in a couple hours but we were ready to bunker down for the evening) Also, the cooked breakfast was DELISH!

    Disliked: Nothing at all:)

Liked: The location was great with easy acces to many nice hikes. The breakfast was ok and the fact that they have a restaurant and bar attached helps, since there is not much around.

Disliked: The room was dingy and old, definitely in need of a renovations. The bathroom was small and didn't look very clean. The window of the bathroom was really difficult to close, we first thought it was broken. The floor of the room was carpeted and also looked like it needed a proper cleaning. Overall really disappointing experience with the room itself. Besides this, we had the first room as you go up the stairs from the lobby, so it was very loud in the night when people were leaving the bar or restaurant. The restaurant and bar unfortunately didn't live up to the hype for us, the food was not great and the selection of drinks in the restaurant is very small. The bar never had any free seats for dinner when arriving around 6:30-7 pm and they dont take reservations:(
