Perfect!
Liked: The owners are very friendly, very nice breakfast and the room was very comfortabele. Location was ideal to explore some of the Highlands.
Great stay in a great area in Scotland
Liked: Lovely people in a small village. Great place to hike, nice restaurants in each town and the breakfast is good! We even got a nice car park tip when we left for our next destination.
Disliked: The weather haha! We had a few hours of light rain, but the accomodation provides space to dry our clothes and plenty of space to read or play a game.
Bad
Liked: When we arrived at the accommodation there was no mat in the bathroom. That was fine. We just used a small hand towel as a mat. The next day, the owner of the hostel put the towel from the floor next to the clean ones. They had touched. When I asked for a new one, he said I could have a new one, but he did not believe that there had been any cross contamination. Absolutely disgusting. He should have left the room as it was. Normally in the hotel business, a hand towel on the floor is replaced with a new, clean one.
