  Wonderful stay!

  Liked: Wonderful flat! The beds were comfy, the place was clean and had everything you needed really. Great communication with the hosts. Easy enough to find and get hold of the keys in the lockbox. The building felt safe with a 24hr security person at the entrance. We were working at the Lowry so a very nice 15min walk along the canal which was great! Great links into town too with the tram stop a 5min walk from the flat. Would definitely stay there again.

  Disliked: The area around the lockbox is very overgrown. Probably more of a council thing but might get a little difficult to get to it eventually. Not having two sets of keys wasn't ideal. There was supposed to be a spare which we were kindly giving the code for but it wasn't there. Told the hosts and they are going to look into it. Not a big issue at all and good communication about it.

  Convenient

  Liked: Location to media city, and old Trafford. For events

  Disliked: Not renters fault but one lift broken so had to wait a while for single lift to work

  Liked: Good location, adequate facilities, nothing was broken, great views, just needed a little more cooking utensils.

  Disliked: There wasn’t enough utensils, pots and pans to cook with, so we could only cook on the hob, due to this we had to eat out or have takeaways, which wasn’t really the intention as we wanted a self catering apartment so we could cook. Also, the floor was grubby when we got there.

  Great views, arrival harder than it needed to be

  Liked: Actual appartment was great, amazing views. Comfy beds, right by the Salford Quays so a brilluant base

  Disliked: Arrival, there was a mix up getting the code for the keysafe - which had just been moved - so resolving that was time consuming and couldn't get hold of anyone initially. Seemed very odd to have to scramble through undergrowth in the car park to find it. All resolved eventually.

  Beautiful apartment with fantastic views in an ideal locatation

  Liked: Was a little bit strange getting the keys from a lock box on the wall in the car park. But was easy enough to do. The flat was beautiful and the view exquisite

  Disliked: I was a bit surprised the receive a damages waiver charge. I did not see that additional charge on the booking site and was not willing to deposit £300 for over a week so paid the non refundable £38.00. Would like to know exactly how much I am paying from the start.
